Position: Accountant I Location: Dalhart Headquarters
Job Description: Accounting duties including but not limited to tasks associated with general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, plant accounting records, State and Federal reporting, and carrier access billing. Degree in Accounting or related business field plus 3 years experience in accounting (ideally in the utility industry) is preferred.
Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to perform a variety of accounting activities. Must be capable of prioritizing tasks and completing projects in a timely, accurate, and cost-effective manner. Must maintain a thorough knowledge of all computer applications pertinent to the position.

Position: Customer Service Clerk Location: Stratford Customer Care Center
Job Description: Customer service duties ranging from promotion and sales to product support and complaint resolution for all services offered including but not limited to telecommunications, wireless, internet/DSL, and cable products. High School Diploma/GED plus one year of customer service experience and/or training is preferred. Bilingual skills preferred. Computer experience required.
Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to perform all aspects of the job accurately and efficiently and to maintain good public relations while carrying out all contracts, procedures, policies, and tariffs affecting the department. Must be capable of prioritizing tasks and completing projects in a timely, accurate, and cost-effective manner. Full Time – 30 hours or more per week (Day shift)
