Once again, XIT has been informed that customers have been receiving emails and phone calls from unknown persons asking them to provide their usernames and passwords. Please remember that no XIT Employee will EVER contact you requesting any of your personal information. This includes usernames, passwords, social security numbers, or any other financial information. If you receive emails like this, delete them immediately. If you receive phone calls, try to get as much information about the calling person as possible and report it to the local authorities. Never give out personal information on an unsolicited phone call or email. No respectable company will ever make requests like these. Thank you,
